I would whole heartedly recommend our group programmes, but should you wish, one to one sessions are available which may fit better with personal timescales and certain types of loss such as trauma and complex situations.

Working either online or face to face, we complete 8 weekly 1- 1.5 hour sessions. Over 8 weekly 1-1.5 hour sessions, we explore our base line of grief & loss knowledge, how we interact with our grief physically and emotionally, whats brought us to this point in our grief journey and take a deep dive into the pain and sadness we’re carrying. Embedding new life skills we progress towards recovery.
