4-week coaching for those going through a divorce or separation to work on your new identity, reduce negativity and to make future plans after a separation.
This 4-week programme helps you to get your mojo back and life on track. Includes help with decisions, confidence and what you really want.
A half-day workshop aimed at building your confidence and building your self esteem with mindset tips and tricks to use at home.
