The university years can be amazing but also a difficult time emotionally being away from home for the first time and navigating friends, lectures, homework and uni life. To overcome this, it’s important to be armed with mindset tips and strategies to increase your confidence and self-esteem, build resilience and reduce anxieties and worries.
I offer a programme of 4 x 1-hour sessions covering the following topics:

– How to manage your mindset to feel happier and more self-confident
– Packing your Confidence backpack in the future
– Confidence tips for interviews
