Tackling child poverty. Creating real opportunity.
A bold new action plan has launched to tackle child poverty in the North East. Developed by the North East Combined Authority and led by the North East Mayor, Kim McGuinness, the Child Poverty Action Plan brings together voices from across our region – parents, carers, young people, and partner organisations.
We’re proud to share that Feeding Families has been part of the consultation for this vital work, and received a special mention at today’s North East Combined Authority Cabinet meeting, alongside Steph Capewell at Love Amelia, for our ongoing efforts to support families across the region.
